Return
We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Our policy regarding refunds & returns is in accordance with the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC), which can be found at the following link:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund only for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. We are not required to provide a refund, replacement or order cancellations if you change your mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@petskingdom.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Disclaimer: All product colours may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.
To cover the costs of processing returns and restocking items, a restocking fee of $10 will be applied on all returns.
All used products are not eligible for return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We only replace, or refund items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at support@petskingdom.com.au and we will organize a replacement.
This does not include orders purchased in the incorrect size or colour due to consumer fault or for any change of mind orders. The product must be returned in the condition as received, without any alterations or further damage.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also send you a notification email if a full or partial refund will be processed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
Please note that the cost of the initial shipping is non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
In cases where items have been shipped to you, the actual incurred shipping charge will be deducted from your refund total. This amount will be advised when you inform us of your intention to return the order.
Missing Package
All orders sent from Pets Kingdom are sent via a traceable method via Australia Post and require a signature on delivery.
If a tracking number shows that the item(s) were successfully delivered. We recommend customers contact their local Australia Post Office to inquire where it was delivered.
No replacements or refunds will be issued on items that show as sucessfully delivered. We will not be liable for incorrect address information provided by customers or missed delivery attempts by couriers.
We always recommend checking around your property or with neighbours to ensure your package was not misplaced.
If you believe your package may have been stolen, you may file a report with your local courier and local police.
